Food Pantry
A food pantry in Harpurhey is offering a week’s worth of shopping for as little as £3.50 for an individual and £7 for an average family. ‘The Bread And Butter Thing’ are running from Christ Church on Rochdale Road, alongside the food pantries they already run in Higher Blackley, Collyhurst and Moston (details on those below).

Greater Manchester Immigration Aid Unit
Specializes in providing expert legal advice and representation on all issues of immigration, nationality, asylum and human rights. We provide outreach services to people in detention who are facing deportation, and dedicated services for people who are particularly vulnerable (victims of torture, trafficking, rape and domestic violence, and children). All our immigration caseworkers and solicitors are accredited by the Law Society and maintain an up to date knowledge of all aspects of immigration and asylum law and practice. Nacro Housing Manchester Supported Housing and Wellbeing Services
We offer a personal service that focuses on the strengths of individuals and support them in areas they wish to develop to move to independence. This includes support accessing employment.
Services available: Employment advice suitable for: Anyone aged 16-64 who is single and homeless. We also offer help to women only as well as men requiring help with substance misuse.
